Hi! My name is Oleg. I received my Bachelor and Master degrees in Computer Science from Princeton University. Throughout my 6 years there, I maintained a 4.0 departmental GPA and obtained minors in SML (Statistics and Machine Learning) and OQDS (Optimization and Quantitative Decision Science).
I also worked as a teaching assistant and have nearly 5 years of experience working with students individually and in groups, including leading small classes. I found that I love teaching and want to continue using my strong background in mathematics, computation, and engineering to build other people’s knowledge.
Academically, I have interests in distributed systems, machine learning security, and human-computer interaction. I am a published author and a contributor to many projects, like TigerCrush, which was widely used on Princeton University’s campus. In the industry, I held internships at a hedge fund (The D. E. Shaw Group), a quantitative trading firm (Albatross Labs), a FinTech firm (Arcesium), and a start-up that recently got acquired (Sisu Data).
Currently, I am a technical product manager at Sentient, a new platform for building AI with community contributions.
