Hi! My name is Meigan, and I’m a graduate of Princeton University. My two academic passions are languages and literature, but I would be delighted to tutor any subject in the humanities. Most of my tutoring experience so far has been working with students on their writing. In my high school, I worked with my peers on everything from college essays to research papers, and at Princeton I was a fellow at the Writing Center. My favorite thing about teaching writing is getting to see the unique ideas that each person brings to the table and then helping that person to find their voice and to express their ideas with clarity and eloquence. I also love foreign languages, especially French.
Before coming to Princeton, I took a gap year working as an au pair in Burgundy, where I cared for four children and strengthened my own French skills. I genuinely love learning, and am always excited to share my passion with fellow students! Later on, I hope to continue sharing this passion as a professor of literature.
