I graduated cum laude from Princeton with a Bachelor’s in Political Science. I have extensive experience working with students on their writing skills and in subjects such as test prep (SAT/ACT/SSAT), admissions essays, English, US Government, and Economics. I’ve also taught online passion courses in niche topics such as Education Policy and Food Ethics. As a tutor, I try to keep sessions interactive and engaging. I frequently review concepts with students to check for competency and am always happy to explain core ideas differently. I understand that every child learns differently, and am always looking for ways to improve my teaching style to better suit my students. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy baking, crosswords, and sports. I was the team captain of the Women’s Lightweight Crew team and a national champion in the lightweight 2x and 8+. I am also an advocate for persons with disabilities, and have worked for organizations such as Special Olympics and PALs.
