My name is Devon and I am currently an undergraduate student at Princeton University. My main extracurricular activity is varsity track, where I specialize in running the 400 meter hurdles.
I am a very enthusiastic and patient person which allows me to be an effective tutor and cater to each student's learning style. I have many years of experience tutoring students of all ages in a variety of subjects. I started tutoring because I love the joy and amazement that my students feel when they finally understand something that has been stumping them.
My most exciting tutoring experience was during summer of 2017. I had the opportunity to teach physics in rural Vietnam to 6th and 7th grade students for a month with a program whose goal was to promote higher education. This was an amazing experience in which I learned about the culture and working with different learning styles, since Vietnamese schools teach differently than American schools.
