I find tutoring intellectually stimulating and emotionally rewarding. It's a job that requires a decent amount of thinking; even if I have mastered a particular subject, teaching that subject to someone else often requires innovation on my part. The effort is especially worthwhile when I see a concept that hasn't made sense finally 'click' for one of my students. I share in their happiness, derived from a new sense of understanding. I feel comfortable tutoring all levels of Math, Physics, and topics in the Humanities such as Philosophy or English Literature.

I am especially interested in and currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics at Princeton. I also adore singing, and this fills most of my extra time on campus. When not on campus, I love trekking, mountaineering, and alpine skiing. I'm an experienced explorer of the Rocky Mountains and received the Dale Summer Award from Princeton to trek in Nepal for eight weeks.
