Dallas

I’m Dallas and I’m originally from Chicago. My own academic journey has been enriched by the guidance of supportive mentors, and I’m enthusiastic about the opportunity to pay it forward.

My interest in psychology and neuroscience has led to my involvement in an fMRI study on emotional film viewing and the development of an online virtual mushroom foraging task that explores rumination, a common symptom of depression. Looking ahead, I plan to further my academic pursuits with a Ph.D. in cognitive neuroscience.

The subjects I tutor include: college essay writing, English (reading & writing), AP psychology, and neuroscience.

Outside of academics, I stay active through weightlifting and express my creativity through illustration and graphic design. During my time at Princeton, I walked [swam] onto the Division I Women’s Varsity Water Polo team.
