Hi, my name is Jun, and I am a current undergraduate student at Princeton University studying Economics with minors in Finance and History. I have been tutoring for four years and have worked with students of all ages and skill levels, from elementary school to high school students. I’ve worked with students that have IEPs and 504’s, and have also worked as a TA and peer math tutor. Through volunteer work, I fell in love with teaching. I specialize in standardized test prep (SAT, ACT, SSAT) and AP coursework in English language and literature, US history, government, and world history, but I am comfortable tutoring in a wide range of subjects, including mathematics and Latin. My favorite part of tutoring lies in my belief of tailoring my approach to each student’s needs, and working hard to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters individual growth and confidence. As a tutor, my goal is to help students not only improve their test scores and grades, but also develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for the subject matter. I am patient, organized, flexible, and committed to helping my students succeed. In addition to tutoring, I am involved in undergraduate organizations such as Business Today and Princeton Undergraduate Capital Partners. Outside of school, I enjoy hiking, reading, and am working on my first book. After graduating, I hope to attend graduate school for my JD/MBA. Thank you for considering me as your tutor. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your academic goals!
