My name is Kaity, and I’m a graduate of Cornell University. I majored in industrial and labor relations and triple minored in anthropology, business, and leadership.
Prior to attending university, I grew up playing sports (soccer, lacrosse, and volleyball) and competitively dancing. I brought my passion for dance with me to college and was a member of the Cornell University Dance Team. In addition, I was the lead program assistant at a non-profit organization that teaches dance and literacy skills to children (called Ballet and Books), so I truly got to express this passion of mine in many different ways!
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, thrift shopping with my friends, listening to Taylor Swift, and watching reality TV. I love tutoring because I am eager to share my knowledge with others in a way that gives them the confidence to tackle a problem/subject that they’ve been struggling with. Usually, students already have the power within them to overcome adversity, so it’s just a matter of pulling those skills out and building on them!
I offer my services in the subjects of history, English, and civics (at any grade level), middle-school science, and college application/essay help. Thanks for taking the time to read, and I wish you the best of luck on your academic journey!
