Hello! I'm William, an undergraduate at Princeton studying Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Before coming here, I spent my senior year of high school tutoring students in my hometown of Omaha, Nebraska. I worked with students in middle school and high school to prepare them for standardized testing and to improve their grades in their STEM courses in school, mainly math and physics. I absolutely love those two subjects and tutoring is the perfect opportunity to share that excitement with someone else.
During high school, 3 friends and I started a non-profit together called Special Musicians that teaches music to children with different abilities. Working with the kids was really what inspired a love of teaching in me. No matter who you are or what your background is, you always deserve to learn and grow, which is why I think tutoring is so important.
As I touched on earlier, I'm most comfortable tutoring in test prep, math, and physics. With my experience from past tutoring, Special Musicians, and having 2 little brothers at home, I'm comfortable working with just about about anyone.
At Princeton, I'm part of the Mock Trial team, Rocketry Club, and I do various student theater productions. In my free time, I like watching Tarantino movies, eating chocolate, and playing basketball.
