As someone who was once the sole woman on a large robotics team, I am passionate about helping young women increase their confidence in the STEM fields. I am also a massive literature nerd, and first sparked my passion for symbolism reading the Scarlet Letter in 10th grade! I am currently an undergraduate at Princeton University studying Computer Science and planning on going to medical school after graduation. I am active in choral groups such as Chapel Choir around Princeton's campus. When I am not singing, I can be found taking slow jogs along various wooded paths throughout campus, or building electric race-cars with the Princeton Racing Electric club.
My favorite part of tutoring is when I see a student's confidence increase after they solve a particularly difficult problem all by themselves. I most enjoy teaching Biology, Chemistry, and Introductory Physics. However, I would also feel comfortable teaching Math through AB level Calculus and Computer Science. I also love literature and history and am able to teach these subjects through a high-school level.
