Hi, my name is Jasmine and I'm a student at Princeton studying computer science and philosophy. I love teaching and being able to share my excitement and knowledge of a subject with others. Most of my tutoring experience has been in math (at various levels) and in English (primarily reading comprehension and writing). I've also started teaching computer science over the past few years. As a tutor, I love working with students to find the best way for them to learn and retain material. Outside of academics, I love playing sports, reading, and just being with friends.

Hello! I like to help my students not only comprehend the curriculum, but also form better studying habits and take better notes. In the past, I have tutored in biology, mathematics, and chemistry. In addition, I have frequently tutored my peers informally by helping with homework and studying for upcoming exams. I most enjoy tutoring in math and science, but I am also happy to help in history and English. During my time at Princeton, I plan on majoring in Molecular Biology, studying abroad for a semester, and possibly pursuing a pre-med path. In my free time, I enjoy trying new foods, taking photos, watching movies, running, and doing yoga.

Hi, I'm Alonso, and I'm an undergraduate at Princeton University. I got my start in teaching when I taught for 7 months, full time, at an Indian private school during my Bridge Year. From this experience I learned that I love the challenge of teaching. My strongest subjects are English and History, but I also enjoy helping students with standardized tests. I currently plan on attending law school. Outside of the academic world, my passions are sports, television, and literature.

Hi! I am a student at Princeton University and am from Greensboro, North Carolina. I am majoring in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and intend to pursue a career in law or finance. In my free time I enjoy running, reading, and traveling with friends! I spent a summer studying abroad with Princeton in Argentina and absolutely loved it--causing me to likely pursue a certificate in Spanish. I love math and history and am interested in politics as well; I tutored throughout high school in these topics and I am excited to continue this in college!

Hello! I’m Abigail. I enjoy learning about anything related to literature, language, or culture, and imparting that knowledge on others is just as rewarding as learning it. I’m a prospective Comparative Literature major at Princeton, and I’m hoping to get certificates in Creative Writing, Ethnographic Studies, and French Language and Culture. Writing is my passion, so I would like to become an author at some point in my life. I also love reading other people’s work and helping them improve their writing, so I am also hoping to enter into the publishing industry— either as an editor or a literary agent. I would also be interested in continuing my studies and eventually becoming a professor. I have always enjoyed helping my peers improve their understanding of whatever concepts we are working on in class, and I am excited to have the opportunity to continue an activity I love with Princeton Tutoring.
